Welcome to Habiliapp. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Habiliapp platform, owned by Habililab SAS (NIT. 901392429), located in Colombia.

By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Habiliapp if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

User Accounts

• You must be over 18 years of age or have the consent of your parents or legal guardians to create an account.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• For students registering through an affiliated educational institution, it is understood that the institution has obtained the required consent from parents or legal guardians in accordance with its internal policies, thereby authorizing your registration and use of the Platform.

You agree to use the platform responsibly and ethically. You must not:

• Post any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
• Harass, intimidate, or impersonate other users.
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes or to send spam.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Habililab SAS and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright and other laws of Colombia and foreign countries.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Habililab SAS, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
